Jaguars Games

We've been to a couple of Jaguars games so far this year. The boys love going, and we always have a good time. This first set of pics is from the Sept. 11th opening game. The pregame and halftime shows were awesome! Very patriotic and very moving. They had an American flag that covered the whole field. I think that was my favorite part!! I ran in a race called "Believe in Heroes" that morning, and then met the boys downtown for some tailgating before the game.

We went to Jaguars/Saints game with Jeremy and Stephenie. We hadn't been to a game without the boys in a really long time!! We had a great time and were able to stay longer than usual!

Corn Maze Adventure

Saturday night we drove out to this farm where they had a corn maze and some other fun things for the kids. Well, we didn't really enjoy the corn maze. At first it was fun wandering around. After a little while, it was dark and confusing and thank goodness Nick was able to to read the map and get us out of there!! The boys were much more excited about this thing called the Corn Popper! It was a huge bouncy thing, and they loved every second of playing on it!!! We also went on a hayride and saw some farm animals. The weather was perfect for a night on the farm, and overall we really enjoyed ourselves! Some of the pictures are not that great. I think the flash on the camera combined w/ the dark night wasn't so easy on the boys' eyes so they are squinting in a lot of them! Oh well, better than nothing!!

Soccer - Fall 2011

Both of the boys are playing soccer this season! It's been interesting to say the least! Chase has been getting better and better as the season progresses. He scored his first goal in the 2nd game! Cole likes to kick the ball, but is not to enthused to run up to it or get too involved in the game. He's happy to stand there with his hands in his pockets, which is pretty cute by the way! Nick has been helping out Cole's coach at the games, and all of the kids love him! This past Saturday, he filled in for Chase's coach and did a great job. I think he's really enjoying it! :-) Here are a few pics from the first 2 games. I haven't had the camera with me since then!
