Busch Gardens

The weekend before last, we headed down to Tampa for one last summer vacation before the school year started up! We went down on Friday afternoon and took a dip in the pool before heading to the park for the evening. The hotel had a great kiddie pool w/ a pirate ship and little water slides. The boys really enjoyed playing there!


The park was only about a 5 minute drive from the hotel so it was super convenient! The boys had a great time riding on some of the rides.




We went back to the park again on Saturday morning. It was so hot that we only stayed a couple of hours, and then went back to the hotel to take a rest!






We went back again later that night after Chase had decided that he was going to ride the upside down roller coaster! He was a little unsure about it and it literally took him the whole day to "gather up his courage" as he put it! Here's a picture of the loop!
I took Cole on some rides while we were waiting for Nick and Chase to get done w/ the coaster.
We made it back to the coaster in time to see them going up the hill!
Here they are coming off the ride. Chase was so excited. He said "Mommy, you were so right...upside down roller coasters are SO FUN"!!!
The boys wanted to go on the motorcycles one last time before the park closed!
We had such a great weekend! We didn't even see the whole park, but we did do everything that the boys could do. Nick and I want to go back one of these days w/o the kids b/c they had a ton of cool roller coasters!
