The 4 C's: Happy Birthday Chase Vincent

I cannont believe that my little man is 3 years old today. Where did the time go? It seems like we were just in the hospital with him, yet those first days home seem so long ago. It's crazy how time passes by so quickly. It just doesn't seem possible that he can be so grown up already!

I started this post this morning and now it is almost 9pm and I haven't finished it yet!! Kinda like labor! hahah!! :-)

We had a great today. We went to The Little Gym for Chase's party, and we had a blast. It was well worth the money b/c I didn't have to do anything except bring a cake!! That was super nice. All of the kids had a great time, and Chase was still talking about it when he went to bed.

Anyway, back to what I was on track to write about this morning. Since this is a post for Chase, I should take the time to say what a wondeful little boy he is. He is cute, sweet, funny, smart, sassy and crazy all at the same time. I can't imagine our lives without him. He's such a joy to be around (most of the time)!! He has learned so much in his 3 years! I think he is much smarter than just 3 years, but I guess I am a bit biased. He is just so grown up. I must report that he has been going in the potty all week!! The last time he peed in his pullup was on Monday!! WOOHOOO!! We must be well on our way to being rid of them....I certainly hope anyway! I told him that 3 year olds don't wear pullups, only big boy underwear. Well, he wasn't so sure about that. He says he doesn't want to wear big boy underwear!! I swear...it's always something!!

1. He loves CARS and Scooby Doo and the Solar System!!

2. He loves to dance and sing too

3. He is an awesome big brother...he loves Cole (most of the time)

4. He never sleeps in...7 am is the max!

5. He like his new big boy bed, but nothing beats mommy and daddy's bed

6. He is finally starting to eat more. He went through a phase where he barely ate!

7. He won't drink juice out of a cup...only a juice box!!

8. He is ready to go to "school" or so he says.

9. He's getting good at answering my cell phone and having a conversation with whoever it is

10. He's an awesome son and we love him so very much!
