We had an awesome holiday weekend. On Friday there was a block party on our street so everyone was hanging out in their front yards! Nick set up the driveway like a tailgate complete with the VT canopy, grill and baby pool! The kids definitely had a great time in the pool! Our friends Jeff and Tara came over and we had a fun time hanging out with them. We had the perfect seat when it came time for fireworks. People in both culdesacs were lighting them off and then someone out on the main road directly in front of us was setting some off! Chase was just staring up at the sky in wonder! It was awesome. We had a great time and hope that the neighborhood will do another block party soon!! Enjoy a few pictures of the festivities! Hope everyone had a Happy 4th!!
