Mimi's Visit

Mimi came to visit us this past week. She was so excited to finally meet Cole and to see the rest of us too!! We had a great time while she was here. She really spoiled us with her cooking (think meatballs, eggplant parmesean, chicken parmesean....MMMMM!!)!!! She even made us an extra pot of meatballs so we could freeze them to eat for dinner the next few weeks. If you've ever had Mimi's meatballs, you know why we wanted them so bad! :-) Chase even loves them and he is quite the picky eater! He really enjoyed her visit...they did lots of fun things together including a trip to Toy's R Us. He got a Wonder Pets toy, which according to him is his favorite thing in the whole wide world (this changes daily of course, but it is quite hilarious when he says it)! Chase was sad today when she had to leave and kept asking if he could go to Delaware too! We plan to go in June for the Italian Festival, but that is a long way away! Hopefully we will get to see her again before then!! Thanks again Mimi for everything! The house looks great and is smelling good thanks to the meatballs!! We love you!
