And He's Off!!

Cole is officially on the move! He has been trying to crawl for weeks now and he finally got it down yesterday. I took a short video of him last night...the lighting is horrible so the clip is pretty dark, but you will get the point!

I can't believe he is really crawling...my littlest guy is not a baby anymore. Nick and I were both sad to see him crawling, but for different reasons. I was sad that he is growing up, and Nick was sad that now Cole will be into everything and we will have to keep a close eye on him! Chase is going to have to keep some of his smaller toys up off the floor b/c Cole loves to put stuff in his mouth!

I am a little behind on my blogging. Hope everyone had a Happy Easter. We sure did. The boys loved their Easter baskets and had a great time at Disney on Ice. We had a crazy weekend filled with birthday parties!

I can't believe it is Thursday already! Nick's birthday is Saturday and we have a full day planned. We are walking in a 5K that morning (thanks to Dad and Lisa for sponsoring us), then we will stay downtown for a Wing and Rock Festival, then we are having meatballs for dinner (per Nick's request)! So, I am trying my hand at Mimi's meatballs once again. They never turn out as good as hers of course, but I am going to give it another shot. I probably need to practice more often!

The boys are starting swim lessons on Monday. I am so excited about this. I was told about this program called ISR (Infant Swim Rescue) and once I read about it, I really wanted to get the boys involved. It teaches them aquatic survival skills. The lessons will be M-F for 4 weeks. Each lesson only lasts 10 minutes. I met with the instructor yesterday to go over some things and made sure to ask if I could take pictures and videos. She said I should take pictures everyday so that I can see their progress and that I can take videos every Friday. So, I will have lots to share from the lessons. She said everyone will be amazed by what the boys will be able to do. So, we will see! Pretty much everyone said I was crazy for doing these lessons b/c they were expensive and we don't even have a pool. We are around the water often though, and as my dad put it "you can never be too safe"! I agree with that 100% especially when it comes to my boys! I found the website for another instructor in the area. She has some great pictures and videos of the children if you want to check it out.

Well, that's all I've got for today! Enjoy the video and I will try to post some pictures soon!
