Birthday Beach Day!

Yesterday was Nick's birthday, and all he wanted to do was go to the beach!! So, we packed up and headed out there yesterday morning. We had such a great time! Both of the boys LOVED it! Cole headed straight for the water as soon as we got there, and Chase wasn't far behind. We met up with some friends from Nick's work and spent a couple of hours hanging out. It was the perfect day for the beach...not too hot and kind of overcast. The water was a tad bit chilly, but we went in anyway (the boys much more than me)!!

Chase helped me make a birthday cake when we got home from the beach! He was very excited about pouring in the ingredients and helping mix it all up!
